Poppy Sophia is a London-born energy healer with almost 7 years of experience working with people from all over the world. A deeply intuitive and highly-sensitive healer, Poppy supports people as they move through their experiences in a relaxing, safe and judgment-free way. Her gift for energy work is known far and wide, as is her ability to tune into, understand and unpack the experiences of others.

Until recently, Poppy was living in Melbourne where she founded and built Om Chi Reiki. It was here that her powerful and expansive 1:1 sessions, trainings and events gained popularity.

After over 6 years in Melbourne, Poppy heard the call to return to her ancestral home to re-connect with her roots and share her healing medicine. Due to lockdown, Om Chi Reiki moved online and School of Lightwas born.

Her work has touched the lives of many, and continues to grow in wisdom and healing impact.

It is Poppy’s intention to continue to grow as a healer, mentor and teacher, to deepen her connection to the subtle realms and sacred arts, and to actively co-create a more balanced and healthy world.

Poppy is currently based in the Sacred Isle of Avalon, Glastonbury, UK.
